Alberta, Canada -- Undetermined
| |
| |
These tracks were found on the edge of a large wildlife
sanctuary in Alberta, Canada by BFRO Investigator Gary Cronin on February
14, 2009. The location is off-limits to humans from December to May.
There's a history of sightings in around this area.
There were four interesting tracks in a row, in 6 inches of snow,
mixed among tracks of an elk herd, that appeared to be different than
the elk tracks. They appeared to be 15'' x 5'' wide, with strides
about 40'' long. The obvious question is whether they are tracks of
an elk that appeared to be bipedal for a few steps, or tracks of something
bipedal. They might be elk tracks, or they might be sasquatch tracks.
