On every expedition to the Olympic Peninsula we have noted distinctive
sounds in more than one area. This rainy region may have among the highest
concentrations of these animals anywhere in North America.
The expedition scheduled for summer 2008 will have a base camp at a new
location, but will target some new locations and will explore others for
the first time.
Kristine Walls (WA-BFRO) will be organizing this expedition.
