Submitted by witness Joshua Wright on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
Resident south of East Fork State Park watches a sasquatch walk by at 2am

YEAR: 2004

SEASON: Summer

STATE: Ohio

COUNTY: Clermont County

LOCATION DETAILS: [Investigator (MM) Note: General vicinity of the property:
38.991669,-84.165110

NEAREST TOWN: Bethel

NEAREST ROAD: Hulington rd

OBSERVED: Here's my encounter, and it was back in roughly 2004, but it was right across the street from East Fork State Park on 222, right on Hollington Road. I was sitting in my car. It was like two o'clock in the morning. I was listening to music, talking to my girlfriend on the phone, and then it literally just came walking up the road out of the blue, and it was walking on the side of the road, and it kind of went around a curve, and then walked right across the street, right across my yard and my neighbor's yard, and walked right through there and went right into the woods. And the way it walked, it had really long arms, and the hair looked like a reddish color, because of where it walked. It walked underneath the streetlight. And then later on that night, about two hours later, I saw a sheriff going up and down our road with their spotlight, literally going up and down the road looking for something. So somebody else must have saw it and thought that it was, I don't know, a burglar or something, and they called the cops.

ALSO NOTICED: Yes the dog we kept outside dident even bark and he barked at everything

OTHER WITNESSES: No just me

OTHER STORIES: Just ones on your site and my sistwr said she saw it there also

TIME AND CONDITIONS: About 2am

ENVIRONMENT: Theres a creek at end of road its a woody area

Follow-up investigation report by BFRO Investigator Matthew Moneymaker:

The road mentioned is not very long. This area is more wooded than developed. The property is very close to a major power line route with only woods in between. It is also one mile from the Buckeye Trail as it wraps around the bottom of East Fork Lake. There is almost solid woods between the property and the Buckeye Trail, so this would be a likely pathway for a sasquatch that is connecting between the Buckeye Trail and power line route.

Here is what Huntington Road looks like during the day:
