Follow-up investigation report by BFRO Investigator Tobi Cox:
I arrived witnesses house approximately 2-3 weeks after the report was published. I was amazed at the amount of residential development taking place in the area. There were lots of houses. The front side of the house was a neighborhood, and the back side of the house was all cornfields and a railroad track separating the house and the fields. In between the house and railroad track was a small tree line that you could see through which is what the figure the witness described was at. The witness seemed very credible and frightened from her encounter. A recreation was made at the site for size comparison and investigation. We concluded the figure had to be 2 feet taller and 2 feet wider than me and I stand at 6 feet but I was crouching like the witness described the figure.
