NEAREST TOWN: Larimer, PA NEAREST ROAD: PA Route 993 (at the local sewage plant) OBSERVED: Around 2:00 AM on July 31, 1973, Susan Dutzman was driving home from work in Monroeville, PA to Irwin when a 7-8 foot tall black creature crossed PA Route 993 at the local sewage plant in Larimer, PA (Westmoreland County). It came from the direction of Sulphur Creek and was moving toward Irwin. ALSO NOTICED: Susan Dutzman and her son both told this story to Pennsylvania researcher Stan Gordon in the years following the incident, but it never appeared in his published records. This is submitted to get the account into the database. OTHER WITNESSES: The witness was Susan Dutzman, driving alone. This report is submitted by her son, Rob Dutzman.
