Man recalls early evening sighting near Brandywine Ski Resort

OBSERVED: I WAS DRIVING ON RT 271 NORTH OVER BY BOSTON MILLS SKI RESORT WHEN I SPOTTED SOMETHING WALKING INTO THE WOODS IN AN UP RIGHT POSTION I NEW IT WASN'T A MAN OR BEAR IT WAS AT THE TOP OF THE HILL ON SOUTH SIDE OF 271

ALSO NOTICED: I FOUND A SITE THAT HAS SIGHTING AND SHOWS THE LOCATIONS ON A OHIO MAP AND THERE WAS A SIGHTING REPORTED AROUND THE SAME PLACE AND TIME.

Follow-up investigation report by BFRO Investigator Brad Bacon:

I spoke with the witness in a telephone interview and the following information can be included. The creature had its back turned toward the witness and was walking away from his field of view towards a tree line and thick woods. The sighting lasted only a few seconds, but the witness clearly recalled that the creature was walking. "It had arms and legs and was hairy" said the witness. The witness recalled that the hair was dark brown in color and in some spots the hair appeared to be matted.

Brandywine Ski Resort is adjacent to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

About BFRO Investigator Brad Bacon:

Brad is a native Texan from McKinney. He grew up working with all forms of livestock and spent countless hours in the outdoors and this is where his interest in this subject began. Employment opportunities took him to Ohio where he actively investigated this subject in and around surrounding states. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M Commerce and a Associate of Science from Grayson College. Brad has also been a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor for over 20 years. He attended the Pennsylvania 2009, 2011 and Tennessee 2010 expeditions. He has also Attended Texas 2012, 2014 and Kentucky 2013 as well as numerous private expeditions. He currently resides in a rural area northeast of McKinney, Texas.
