I knew who he was talking about right away. This wasnt the 1st time, this was his 2nd sighting in 5yrs.
This is what happened: My dad and his wife were sitting in front of their big bay window around 6:45 watching the deer grazing before the sun was going down. The deer were feeding for a good 20 to 30 mts. and then my dad and his wife noticed the deer got spook by something and ran off. They thought maybe a wolf, coyote or a hunter scared them off. Then my dads wife notice something walking across the field, they thought maybe it was a hunter for sure with dark brown or dark heavy clothes on. She grab their binoculars to get a better look, cos it was walking weird and it seem really tall about 6 ft to 7 ft tall and my dad was trying to get a good look without the binoculars and could tell it didnt look human. They both got uneasy feeling. They said whatever it was walking casually, can see the dark fur, walking upright and it was walking thru the field and stop and bent over a couple of times and maybe looking for food. Then it walked into the woods. They didnt hear anything weird after that. It was already dark. About 7:15pm

Follow-up investigation report by BFRO Investigator Don Peer:
I first contacted the daughter of the witness, who then put me in touch with her father and his wife who are the actual witnesses. Her father and his wife have had a few different sightings of sasquatch from their living room, which looks out at a field behind their home. The first sighting was several years ago and they also had two sightings last year. One incident last year was while he was behind his home near the wood line there. He saw what he thought was a hunter standing in the woods. After a better look, he realized he was looking at a hair covered upright animal and as it started walking towards him, he walked back to the house. A few days later he and his wife were watching deer in the field behind their house when the deer seemed to spook. They then saw a sasquatch slowly traveling along the woodline at the edge of the field. The sasquatch seemed to frequently stoop over and appeared to be eating some kind of food item. They were able to watch it for about a half hour. It was black in color. Both of these sightings occurred in November of 2009. The earlier sighting was of a brown colored animal. He had one other experience where he was out near an old shed that was at the other end of his property when he thought he saw a head peeking out behind a tree at him. He stated that it happened so fast that he was not sure he actually seen what he thought he seen, but suddenly got a feeling that he needed to get out of there, so he went back to his home. He also shared with me that he regularly puts out leftover food scraps for the animals.
The witness is a Native American, as are several residents in the area. He said that most of the people in the area know that there are sasquatch in the area and many have had personal experiences with them. They don't speak of it to outsiders and just want to live in harmony with them and have great respect for them. He also said that the local Native Americans hold different ceremonies in the woods where many of the sightings have occurred.
He stated that he would contact me if he had further sightings or experiences. I found the witness very honest and open about his experiences.
